Its name reflects the mosaic of parcels that contribute to its complexity, including Cinsault vines around 60 years old and Grenache vines aged 35 years. During winemaking, the grapes undergo a 10 day carbonic maceration, followed by eight months in tank, preserving fresh fruit flavors and gentle, herbal notes. You might notice subtle hints
