Created by Kollektiv Peternell from 30 year old vines of Pinot Gris, Sankt Laurent, and Merlot, the wine undergoes a brief skin contact and ages on fine lees for 6 months. The biodynamic farming and minimal intervention approach reflect the collective's origins in Catalonia and their current work in Austria.
