A quick visual reference can help if you want to compare your hand position and vial angle during setup: If the diluent strikes the powder directly, the vial can turn cloudy, stringy, or gelatinous before the peptide has a fair chance to dissolve
Alternatively, if the vial has positive pressure, pushing water in becomes difficult because you are compressing the air inside
