Please read before setting your appointment start time
Please ensure you have accounted for buffer/arrival time
when entering your tentative start time.
We recommend adding 10–15 minutes before your actual
appointment to allow the interpreter to be ready and in position on time.
Example: If your appointment is at 10:00 AM, consider entering 9:45 AM as your start time.
